This past weekend, Trojan Anglers were slaying the drums and reds. Getting ready for the fish fry on Friday. Christian Estrada caught his PB on drum, 35" which was released. Nick Cruz pulled in a nice drum. Coach caught a big red that was released .

Congratulations go out to sophomore Karina Gonzalez for her creative writing in poetry. Karina was awarded Honorable Mention Thursday night in the Robb Jackson High School Poetry contest at the People's Literacy Festival for her poem titled "She".
Karina was also asked to read her poem in front of a large crowd, and she did so in a way that represented Moody High School with honor. #MoodyProud 💙💛

STAAR End of Course Exams are required for all students enrolled in Algebra 1, Biology, English 1, English 2, and US History. In addition, students who have not previously met standards in these STAAR exams will have another opportunity to fulfill this graduation requirement during the dates on the flyer attached.
STAAR tutorials will begin the week of February 5th. Please encourage your Trojans to attend tutorials if they would like additional practice to prepare for these state exams. We have tutorial sessions during the school week as well as on select Saturdays as indicated on these flyers.
